Distance Sales Agreement

This text is provided as an example and requires legal approval in accordance with the consumer legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

Parties:
- Seller: China Bazaar TRNC
- Buyer: Customer

1. Subject: This agreement covers the online sale of products between the seller and the buyer.
2. Product Information: The product name, price, specifications, and delivery conditions are specified during the order process.
3. Delivery Time: Between 1–7 business days from the order confirmation.
4. Payment: Paid by the buyer through the payment methods specified during the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal: May be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
6. Return Conditions: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
7. Warranty: Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Dispute Resolution: TRNC judicial authorities are authorized.
